FAQ – Outdoor Movie Screen Events
How do you offer upgraded equipment with professional outdoor movie screens at a competitive cost?
We custom make our own screens and are dealers for the best mobile projection gear and keep our overhead low passing the savings onto the client. Renewal rate is nearly 100%. Many clients have been with us since 2006! We upgrade our projectors each year. No fancy office or middlemen who take the order but do not do the event and typically provide lesser quality equipment, service and inflatable screens.
Why is it best to call for a quote?
Every event is different so the more we know about your specific needs the more accurate the quote and execution level. We take this seriously and have the largest inventory of screens, full HD projectors with custom lenses and QSC state-of-the-art speaker systems.
When will you arrive and when will the movie start?
We arrive 2 hours before start time and if needed include a free site survey in advance of your event. The image will be visible at sunset / dusk. Our set up is typically less than 60 minutes and equipment removal is about 30 minutes in most cases.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Yes, we routinely bring backup gear. Our execution rate is 100%. We have not had a show failure and have executed over 1,000 events all being custom.
Can you provide references?
Certainly, we can provide 3 references from PTA’s to film festival directors, to county park supervisors to corporate planners. Most of our references will be in your town or county.
